Join us on Sunday, September 8, as we launch our 2024 UJA Campaign with an inspiring lineup of speakers who embody the theme "Finding Your Voice." We are thrilled to feature Amy Albertson (@theamyalbertson), Debbie Lechtman (@rootsmetals), and Matthew Nouriel (@matthewnouriel), each of whom brings a unique perspective and passion for empowering our Jewish communities.

Amy Albertson, a Jewish advocate and educator from California, has dedicated her career to empowering young Jews. Through online activism, public speaking, and workshops, Amy encourages young Jews to embrace their identity unapologetically, both online and in their daily lives. Her experiences living in Israel and her journey as a Chinese-American Jewish woman have deeply influenced her advocacy work.

Debbie Lechtman, a Jewish, Israeli, and Latina writer and educator, brings a wealth of experience in Jewish education and community engagement. Her contributions to educational content on Jewish history and identity are widely recognized, including her work with organizations like the Anti-Defamation League and Creative Community for Peace. Debbie's diverse background enriches her perspectives on Jewish heritage and identity.

Matthew Nouriel, the Community Engagement Director at JIMENA – Jews Indigenous to the Middle East and North Africa, is a prominent digital activist and advocate. Matthew, of Iranian Jewish heritage, passionately champions causes such as LGBTQ+ rights, combating antisemitism, and supporting freedom movements. Matthew's advocacy reflects a commitment to equality and justice within the Iranian and Jewish communities.

Don’t miss this opportunity to hear from these incredible voices at our campaign launch. Join us as we explore what it means to find and amplify our voices in today’s world. Save the date and be part of this empowering event that celebrates diversity, identity, and advocacy within our Jewish community and beyond.
